How does it work?
In consultation with you a template email design is defined. You also can supply an own designed email template. We import it along with your customer base in LUMA. You can review and edit your email template(s) through a Word-like editor. You can also define the target groups within your customer base, make a selection and then send your personalized e-mail.

Measure the results
Of course you want to know how your mailing is received by the recipients. You want to know what they have done with it? How many e-mails are opened? On which links is clicked on? You can see and review who has clicked on which link.
